Are you allowed to drink green tea on a RAW FOOD DETOX FAST? Decaf ofcourse. Also, I assume you can have detox tea? How long do you usually do the fast for, to get good and clean of toxins. This isnt for weight loss, its for health purposes only.

Umm, you do know that Detox doesn’t work right? Why? Simply, because a BALANCED diet is more effective in health. Starving is completely useless, because you’re missing out on vital nutrition. Leaving out protein, or essential amino acids will hinder you health rather than benefit it.
