I find the past few days I’ve been really tired and low on energy. I know this is part of the detox, but I can’t seem to find information on the duration of this detox part.

Any help will be greatly appriciated, thanks in advance.

LMAO!! Detox, indeed.
No, what you are experiencing is low energy due to the sudden drop in calories, as well as discomfort from sudenly overloading your body with a high-fiber diet that is going to cause cramps, bloating and (most of all!) gas.
It will last until you adjust the diet…of course. Or, you could try Bean-O (it helps).
The energy drop and fatigue are caused by getting insufficient nutrients and calories. Typically, the side effects of a detox include headaches (from sugar withdrawl) and/or nausea (from a sudden increase in chlorophyll (from leafy green veggies). You are experiencing symptoms of malnutrition!
well normally it takes about a week until the body get ready of the bad stuff, normally you have to take juices, vegies, natural food, no fried, home style food is the best, also until you body digest system starts working normally, you have to drink lots of water, flush the system. You start to feel the difference, and also depends on your system and how well you stick to the diet.
I hope may help you
im with jetgirly.
Your body is going into shock from lack of carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals (which are more easily assimilated in cooked foods and meat)
The high fibre content will give you gas and make you lethargic after meals because it placed too much work on your digestive system. You are effectively fasting.
I believe your diet is unhealthy and extreme and will lead to numerous health problems. But it’s your body.
Try making fresh juices or shakes (blended fruit with ice only) to keep your blood sugar levels up.
It can last a week or 2. It too depends on how toxic you were starting it. Consider some cooked foods to slow it down if it becomes too much.
