www.milkandhoneyfarm.com Sarah Lea uses two of the American Harvest dehydrators during the harvest because it’s the best and most economical way to preserve food. The dehydrator can make dried fruits and vegetables, beef jerky and fruit roll ups as well. Get more information at the Milk and Honey Farm web site.

dip in lemon juice or pineapple juice to avoid browning of the fruit.
Sure! I can make all kinds of jerky. It can even dehydrate juicy fruits like cantaloupe which makes for a tasty snack.
can it dehydrate meat?
lemon juice
Never buy the clear plastic tray dehydrators .the trays fall aprt after a few month.I also have Nesco dehy and it is awesome.NEVER FORGET TO SPRAY THE TRAYS WITH COOKING OIL like the lady said it will save your end product.I store enough food from a very small garden to last through winter in ohio for 2 people.
