I really like the book and am anxious to try the recipes. The only disapointment I have is that I bought 2 of Kristen Suzanne’s books (Easy Raw Soups and Easy Raw Desserts)and found that Chapter 1 (constituting 1/3 of the book) is identical in each book. Most people who are interested in raw foods would likely to buy both book and would expect more recipes rather than identical text.

We have a house of Princess’s!!! Everything is PINK, Lacey, Feminine and Gorgeous!!
It’s as if Kristen knows that. . . because in this book, she has a phenominal PRINCESS PINK STRAWBERRY SOUP!!!! yeah! I know!!! My girls NEVER hesitate to drink up this soup. It’s highly nutritious and filling for the smallest or biggest of appetites.
It has cooled down a bit and we’re all about the soups right now. This book has deliverd the most flavorful soups. WE can’t get enough of them here at our home. Thanks for keeping the Princess in all of us Kristen

This is another great book from Kristen Suzanne. Raw soups are so quick and easy to make and Kristen’s recipes do not disappoint. Kristen always comes up with unusual and wonderful flavor combinations. I love the Yin-Yang Soup (it also works great as a salad dressing when thinned out a bit). Her Famous Creamed Carrot Soup is also amazing! There’s so many yummy-sounding recipes in this book, I can’t wait to try more! Next up will probably be the Spicy Thyme Bisque. Like her other books, this book includes the basics in the beginning – instructions on certain ingredients and food prep, which is very useful for those just starting out.

I’m a raw foodist and I love raw, blended soups. In fact, I have one for lunch almost every day. Unfortunately, all of my soup creations tasted the same. . . blend a few veggies, throw in some garlic and cayenne and eat.
That was then. Now, I’ve found the secret. This books is packed with delicious recipes for raw soups. . . and they DO NOT all taste the same. There are so many wonderful taste experiences included, it’s hard to pick a favorite. And, as an added plus, they are all very easy to make.

Kristen’s raw soups have been a lifesaver in my transition to raw foods. I would find myself hungry between meals, so I started keeping raw soups in the fridge for a quick snack. I even make large portions and freeze some in mason jars for the next week. They’re great for people on the go and go great with a salad for a satisfying, filling meal.
Her soups are very flavorful, delicious and great to share with family and friends. Among my favorites are the Bell Pepper Soup Diane, Sun-Drenched Sicilian, Famous Creamed Carrot and the Arriba Tortilla Soup. I can’t wait to make her Citrus Dill Delight Soup. Thanks for another great book Kristen.
