The blender can in quick time. The quality is what you pay for.
I saw the same blender at a dollar store for 15 dollars.

While this may not be state of the art blender, as in it doesnt have auto pules (like your gunna walk away from it anyway). Your geting a heck of a deal for less then $20. I dropped the pitcher on floor and the plastic did not shatter
My #1 favorite thing is it actually does do a good job mixing up my chocolate protien shakes (normally impossible to mix the powerder)
Note: For those of you who like healty pina coladas V8 makes a colada cooler (youll find next to ocean spray and room temp juices in store) which is doped with soy protien and vitimens, and believe it or not it is actully is one of the better tasting pina coladas out there.
