I was relatively happy with the blender for the first few months I had because, you know, how fussy can you be about a relatively low-end blender? It did the job. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the blender to lock securely on the base. Seemed a bit tricky to me. Then, last week, I thought the base was on securely but apparently it wasn’t — and whatever little doohicky makes the blade turn simply broke in half. Not a chance of repairing it. Think I might have encountered a case of “you get what you pay for. ”

Already had to send mine back. After a few days of making smoothies for lunch for my kids, it just completely stopped working.

I was worried about this crushing ice because I want to make Smoothes and Margaritas. . First thing I did was put ICE and it crushed it no time. I really like this blender but its loud when your crushing ice but I don’t if loud is relative because I don’t know what to compare it to as in other Blenders. I would assume crushing ICE would be load.
Get this blender for $29. 99 its a great deal for folks who take blending seriously and not. . .

Most of the parts of the blender do not seem to be as cheaply made as other blender. Does the job – what more can you ask for?

The blender works great. the top holder is heavy, which i think is required to combat the high power of the blender and make it stable (avoiding spill). i recommend this product.
