Product DescriptionThe Counterforms 2-In-1 Appliance with Oster Fusion Technology BVLB07-L handles the functions of two machines. It mixes liquids like a blender while also performing many common food-processor tasks, such as chopping and pureeing fruits and vegetables. The BVLB07-Z consists of a sturdy base containing a 600-watt motor, a stainless-steel 6-point Star Blade, a large 48-ounce (6-cup) glass blending jar, and a lid with food chute. When fully assembled, it stands 15-1/2-inches tall and has a 7×9-inch oval footprint. The front control panel contains nine push-button switches that provide a full range of blending and processing options. Two preprogrammed settings (Frozen Drink and Food Chop) run specially timed cycles. The remaining buttons (On/Off, Low, Medium, High, Low Pulse and High Pulse) offer more traditional blending options, and a Stop button performs as you might expect.

I ordered this blender last week, and I was so excited to get it seeing all of the rave reviews it has gotten it looks like a very good blender. Well I will never know if it was because I received the blender and it was broken, glass was shattered all inside the box. I went on the “return” portion of Amazon and was hoping I would get another one sent to me, but no it made me choose “refund” because it says this product was currently unavailable to send me another for an exchange. I wasn’t so upset about the blender being broken as I was not being able to get it exchanged.

I was never able to obtain and working blender via delivery. Inadequate packaging makes this a frustrating experience. Receive the blender, complete an RMA, receive another, repeat until you get frustrated and decide on some other product.
The several week delay in shipping also makes this a protracted experience. I would not recommend attempting to obtain this product. Simply not worth the hassle.

Have only used once so far, but this blender seems solidly made and high powered.

Cannot offer any comments on this blender, which I ordered for my adult son’s new apartment. It was delivered
broken, and he ordered a replacement, which also arrived broken.
Obviously, the packaging needs to be improved. The blender might be great, if it could be used upon arrival.

Wow! This machine is not only sleek and shiny, but incredibly powerful and smart. It chops and blends – blades reverse and spin forward until my food/smoothies are the perfect consistency. I especially like the frozen drink button, which I use for smoothies, hummus and purees. My only concern, and perhaps its unfounded, is the plastic rim the glass jars sits in on top of the blender base. The jar with the blade attachment snaps into this holder and it looks like the “snaps” could break off. No problems after 3 months though. I would recommend this blender to anyone looking for a combo blender/processor.

This is really interesting and open to some debate. I can see how one side feels this way and yet others feel another. Personally, it’s very hard to say. I think I’m not going to take a stand on this yet. Curious to see what others feel.
