What Is The Best Blender On The Market?

Everyday I use a blender to make protein shakes (ice, frozen fruit and mix). The problem I incur is that I must stop the blender every few seconds and push the top unblended portion down towards the blade. Is there any blender–that even if full–can blend all contents without assistance?

Blendtec is good, its the kind they use at baskin robbins. They’re terribly expensive though (they run for roughly $200 on ebay).
