Product DescriptionThe Snackmaster Encore has 500 watts of drying power and generates maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables and jerky. Helps dry food in hours, not days. Hot air is forced horizontally across each individual tray, converging on the core for fast, even and nutritious drying. No flavor mixing and no need to rotate trays. I do not like this dehydrator, it does not work worth a damn. Over 24 hours for some apples. Please, what a crummmmmmmy appliance!

Overall seems to be a good product. Like the temperature control and the ability to add trays. My husband uses it for drying morels and I can’t wait to try it with my strawberry’s in a couple weeks.

We purchased this dehydrator as our diets have changed over the years and we are trying to eat more Raw and less processed foods. This machine was great for about 1 week. We now have an issue where the bottom tray deformed from the heat and the top trays can not sit on top of them evenly. Disappointed customer.
