This is the worst service I have ever received. After waiting more than a week for my product to arrive, I inquired as to the shipping schedule. I never received a response from the seller until I received notification that my money had been refunded. I do not appreciate this trifling with my time. Do not offer items for sale if you have no intention of delivery.

We had high expectations with this, based on other reviews.
We make pesto for home use with our old one that was my grandmothers for we don’t know how long. Grandmother’s was a different brand too.
Anyways. We opened it, put the stuff in to make a small batch of pesto and we had to trash that batch and the chopper started smoking, as if it were overloaded.
It’s bad if you need to chop anything more than water, and even then, I think it would be bad at it.

Worst piece of junk I have ever seen. Bought mine from Walmart, Cover was broken. Got second unit, Chopped 4 hard boiled eggs (would not take more). Added chopped olives, cover would not mate. Tried numerous times to no avail. What a wast of money. Probably won’t buy another B&D ever. I am not a complainer But this really ticked me off.

This was purchased as a gift for my son who lives in NYC. He loves to cook, so this really speeds up his preparation process. He called to say that he really likes the chopper, especially for onions.

Very simple to use and take apart/clean. I bought this to use instead of a blender, and I cannot be happier. Its small size is also ideal for storage.
