It took a while for my Power Juicer Pro to arrive since my cousin had to ship it from the US to the Philippines where I live.
I was so excited to use the juicer but we haven’t even finished making 1 glass of apple juice and the motor just stopped. It wouldn’t start again and we don’t know what to do. If we send the item back to the US through courier, it would cost as much as the juicer so we made the most expensive half glass of apple juice ever! There’s no quality control and I wouldn’t buy Jack Lalanne again!

I have requested that your company refund my money and or credit my account for the $120. 99. I haven’t received my juicer and I want a credit. You shipped it to someone else it has been over a month, and I am not paying for it. As far as I am concerned I won’t buy from ammazon again. . . . please deal with it!

I find this juicer very wasteful, it leaves the pulp extremely wet and it does not matter what type of vegetable or fruit is use. I don’t recommend this machine to anyone.

This is the best juicer out there. It juices just about anything and the clean up is a breeze. It comes with two blades and disassebles easily too!

I bought this juicer from [. . . ]. I got te deluxe version but it didn’t have ALL the extras given when purchased from the juicer site or other sites. It only came with the following:
1 pusher
1 blade
1 blade crescent screwdriver
1 filter brush
1 cd
1 power juicer deluxe operating manual
1 “Secrets of Power Juicing” recipe book
1 “Recipes for healthy living” book
The price I purchased this for was under [. . . ] so I don’t mind that I didn’t get whatever “extras” other sites offered.
I had ended up burning out the motor on the juicer after juicing 1 large carrot. I thought it was overheating and waited 20 minutes to let the unit cool down and also emptied out the pulp from the carrot.
The unit turned on but it didn’t really sound as if the blade was turning. So I pressed down harder and this caused the unit to actually start smoking.
I immediately unplugged it. Allowed it to cool down some more and then placed it back in the box to return it to Costco. I was extremely disappointed that it had burnt out so quickly especially since I only got a 1/4 of fresh carrot juice. But I figured it was my fault for NOT doing the following:
1. letting the blade run for 10 seconds prior to using the juicer
2. putting light pressure when juicing (I was putting EXTREME pressure instead – thinking it would make it juice faster).
[. . . ] is pretty good about their stuff. They guarantee satisfcation so I’m not too worried about the warranty on the product.
Also, I noticed that the juicer works BEST when only a few items are added at a time in the chute. Like 2 large cut pieces of carrots at a time, 3 pieces of celery at a time, etc.
This is my first real juicer and I’m pretty satisfied with it. . . Too bad it doesn’t do bananas though.
