If you Google your questions and generally you’ll get several places to look.
This (http://www.pcrm.org/health/veginfo/index.html) is a great site with a lot of info.
Living-foods.com is a great resource; I relied on it quite a bit when I was raw. Keep in mind some people do get a bit fanatical about this diet. Not that there is anything wrong about that in itself, but always determine what is best for _your_ body and health.
Dr. Douglas Graham has just published a book called “80 10 10”, which shows you how to get enough nutrients in your everyday meals eating raw vegan.
This is probably a good start for you. You can purchase it on Amazon, from his website or maybe you can hire it for free from your local library.
I also suggest joining an on-line raw vegan website. I know there are quite a few in the USA, UK & Australia. You should be able to get tips, hints and guidance from other members. Word of Warning: There are some absolute raw fanatics on these websites, just ignore them and go at your own pace.
There are some excellent recipes and other information on the following website:
A good place to start for detoxing infomation through raw vegan juicing is by reading the book……….”The Juice Fasting Bible: Discover the Power of an All-Juice Diet to Restore Good Health, Lose Weight and Increase Vitality” by Dr. Sandra Cabot.
I don’t know how safe the above website is for ordering, I just include the link because it shows you info about the book.
Most libraries should have it for free hire, if you don’t want to purchase it.
Good luck with your lifestyle change.
